Dear Ms. Bolch:
At least two years ago we requested you provide us with real estate listings, within certain parameters, for the Qualicum Beach area. Our request, without commitment from us, was met on a regular and consistent basis throughout the entire period.
May of this year we listed our Alberta property and sold it in June with a July 29th possession date. We contacted you with about three days notice to advise we were flying into Qualicum Beach Friday, June 19 for a five day "house-hunting trip" during which time we needed to purchase a home with a July end possession date.
Upon arrival we were very pleased to find you had thirteen houses within our criteria arranged for us to see and further had two bound booklets, one for each of us, showing the listing information for each of the houses we were to tour. At the conclusion of day one, we agreed to meet the next day. Consistent with our first experience; you had another thirteen houses lined up complete with a bound booklet for each of us as you had done for the first day. Day three followed suit. Day four we reduced our list and placed an offer on our current home. The offer had complications, which were dealt by you as just a matter of course and you saw it through well into the night. The purchase completed with a closure date within our needs.
We'd like to thank you for your very hard work and long hours, as you had to have worked well into the night on each of those days. We have purchased a number of homes over the years and never have we had the support and service from a Realtor comarable to that provided to us by you.

When we decided to sell our Qualicum Beach home this past summer, we did a lot of our own research for several months. When it came time to chose a realtor, we had a pretty good idea what it would sell for and how to market it.
After receiving 5 extensive evaluations from local realtors, we decided on Nancy Bolch for a number of reasons. First, we were impressed with her formal marketing credentials from Capilano College which can be seen in the care and substance of her online listings. Second, as a "relative" new-comer to the Qualicum market, Nancy had none of the "area bias" we detected in some of the long time QB realtors. Third, the comparisons she chose in her evaluation were extremely accurate in their relevancy to our home and she had obviously visited these homes and taken notes. It is important to note that the listing price she recommended was not the highest of the five evaluations but right in the middle. Fourth, she is extremely personable and is able to communicate her thoughts and opinions very well. Most important, Nancy believed in the marketability of our home despite the fact it was not the typical property in our area. The house sold in one month.

Nancy Bolch is by far one of the best Realtors that we have met. Nancy sold our house in Qualicum Beach and then took us "shopping" for a new home in Nanaimo, BC.
